windows, as well as a Bedroom furnished with a
Queen Bed and Full Bath

The top level Living Room has a gas fireplace, and a
Expansive Ocean, Harbor and Mountain Views.
Furnishings include a Queen Sofa Sleeper, TV
w/DVD & Potable Stereo CD Player.
And a small patio deck  with charcoal BBQ adjoins.
This house does require a $400.00 refundable
security deposit!
